After yesterday's predictable performance, lack of goals, lack of creativity and the poor result, I fear the worst. Unless we can get our act together in the next 3 games, we face the possibility of taking on Charlton with the prospect of going into the relegation zone if we lose. Yes I fear the drop. I have seen nothing but yo-yo for over nearly 25 years. However, what also concerns me far more is the consequence of relegation. If we go down, who will want to invest in a club like us, when there are still other Prem clubs ready for take overs? Why have city turned Ranson and Co away when they are the one group likely to stay with City if we are relegated? The mismanagement at City is incredible and I am sure Wardle and Chums are prefering US takeover to line their own pockets. As for Pearce, I hate to say it but I do not think he is going to take us anywhere but down. He is a smashing bloke who deserves to do well but his signings and selections beggar belief. There is no creativity, no goal scorer and no pattern. If we go down, we can say goodbye to Barton, Micah, Distin and maybe even Ireland. The work is Jim Cassells and Co has done is nothing short of fantastic but is he creating players now to sell off to finance the club. Please tell me this is a nightmare and that Stuart "Bobby Ewing" is going to come out of the shower and we are back in 1972 just before Rodney Marsh arrived, or that I am in bed with Pamela Ewing!!! Keep the faith, it is all we have right now!

I don't think they'll get relegated. The teams in the bottom 3 at the moment will IMO
