C.Ronaldo is not even close to Ronaldinho. I'm not saying this as a bitter Liverpool fan, i comment everyday on how i could grab Gerrard Houllier by the neck and choke him for not signing C.Ronaldo when we had a £7m deal done and dusted on the table. However C.Ronaldo does a great many tricks which only about 18% result in constructive play. In others words he actually show boats. I don't care, I LOVE THAT STUFF, but in the real world he is nowhere near Ronaldinho the current best player on earth. Check youtube for Ronaldinho Vs C.Ronaldo clips. One player is good, the other is out of this world. At one point Ronaldinho stands infront of half the Barcelona sqaud performing some trick on his chest, the ENTIRE Barca sqaud are left open mouthed, including Messi & Deco. Go check it out. Ronaldo is not the best Player in the world! How you could say that after one season i will never know! He one of the most inform player's in the world yes...but the best in the world, you're kidding yourselves
Agreed, Ronaldo is quality - but Gerrad/Lamps are totally different players, they games more on tackle and driving the midfield..Ronaldo is to terrorise defences.. Joe Cole is quite skillfull.

Ronaldo has cut out the cheating / diving in his game actually and has become more noticed for what such a good player he is. anyway United4Life I think if an English player trained the way they train in these poor foregien countrys playing football 24/7 with not a football something like socks rolled up [Thats how Pele did] then they could become but Britain isnt in poverty as much as these places so no unless your are trained from a very very young age and study the skills carefully then Yes. Anything is possible Ronaldo aint the best player in the world yet
