We should get rid of SWP, Bouhlahrouz and Ferreira. First of all we need to buy David Villa whatever the cost is. I have just watched his games and goals and this guy is a pure genius therefore we can't afford to lose such a talent to our rivals like ManUTD, Liverpool etc. I know right now we have 3 forwards but Sheva is 30, Drogba can have a bad season and Kalou is young enough to have chances ahead of him in the future (he can also play as a winger). Besides after buying Villa we may not need to buy forwards in 3-4 or even 5 years coming. We need to get Alex from PSV back. As far as I know his position is CB so in him we will have a very strong back-up to Carvalho and Terry in case they get injured, like Terry was this season. Alex is also good in attacking. Just remember his goal against Arsenal in the CL this week. We need to buy Quaresma from Porto. He is very quick, talented and intelligent (and portuguese like Jose). As a winger is better than SWP and we don't know how will play Joe Cole after the whole season absent. We can buy one midfielder in case Lampard leaves or Ballack is released due to being out of form for the whole season. If this happens I would go for Kaka but this option is a hard one. Finally we can buy one cheap full-back. Your opinions please?!
Get Johnson back from Portsmouth on loan and move Diarra into midfield as the long term replacement for Makelele. Bring in Alex, rumour has it although PSV hold his registration, our first option on him is for £1 and therefore is another practically free option. In terms of wingers we are fine with joe cole back next season and Kalou beginning to show good potential. I agree a striker is necessary. Villa would also be my preferred man, but Eto'o may be more realistic, although is he more trouble than worth? Also to note next season is the African Nations Cup and potentially losing Essien, Drogba, Kalou and Mikel for 4-6 weeks!

if we bought lennon as forward with lampard making runs and backing him up in midfield, chelsea would be scoring goals by the minute. Did u see lennon play chelsea the other day. Think about what chelsea would be like with him!
