Pirlo vs Carrick tonight

I know its just a charity match, but who do you think is a superior deep-lying playmaker?

 

Pirlo was one of the best players in the last World Cup. Carrick is good, but fails to stamp his authority on enough games.

 

Pirlo of course, no question.

 

Pirlo is a class act. Carrick has a long way to go before he can be rated as highly as Pirlo but he does seem to be improving at United.

Who knows? In a couple of years we may be able to compare the two favourably.
