Background pretty boring tbh. Text is better. Placing of the pic of Larsson doing that kick is well misplaced. 6/10

Try making the top left and bottom right corners round, then duplicate the larsson render 2 times (3 in total):

[*]On the first duplicate do this: filter > pixelate > fragment (arrange this layer so it's at the bottom of the 3 renders).
[*]Onto the second, make this one black and white and then give it a soft-overlay.
[*]The the third and last, give it an opacity of say 50%...
[/list]That will give you a nice effect around the render.
