It has been speculated that Tevez will be part of a compensation deal for any fine that the club encounters with result of the signing of the two Argentines.

It has been rumoured that Tevez wants to remain at West Ham despite the club facing relegation; and that the rights of the player will be transferred to the club as the legalities are being completed behind the scenes.

A spokesperson speaking on the behalf of Tevez stated that Carlos Tevez enjoys the club and the supporters are like an extended family, it would be unfaithful of me to leave due to the greed of business men in suits. I feel that I still have alot to offer the club no matter which division we are playing in.

If this speculation is true then it has also been observed that key players such as Ashton and Benayoun will also remain at the East London club in order to push for an instant return to the Premiership.

Woah, i wernt expecting him to stay but who was? That is great for news for english football that he will play next year aswell (most likely in the championship).

He will tear the likes of Colchester, Burnley and Cov apart!
