    Liverpool are set to see off competition from Chelsea to snap up Ross County starlet Gary Mackay-Steven.

    The Daily Record says a six-figure fee has been agreed, with County getting a percentage of any future sale, and the 17-year-old midfielder and his agent were in Merseyside yesterday for talks. [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]
