It's being reported in the tabloids today that Arsene Wenger has admitted being interested in signing Johnson when he moved from Palace to Everton, but was put off by the price. A couple of days ago Johnson was quoted as saying he was homesick for London and wanted to go back. Could this pave the way for a summer swoop for Johnson, perhaps? Would he be good enough to play at Arsenal, and would he fit into the team? I think he could potentially offer the sort of predatory goalscorer option we've missed so badly since Wrighty, and if we can get a good price, he could become a great signing.
