I was talking to a mate of mine in the pub last night and he always has good inside info, cos he's mates of a former player who's always in the know. Well, to cut a long story short, he told me that Everton's three (3) big signings in the summer are going to be; Fernandes (?8m spread over time), Nugent (?6m cash) and Shawn right Phillips (?10m cash). This, of course, all depends on if we get into Europe and maybe, even, closing the stadium deal with Sir Terry (Tesco). Apparently, Moyesy will have around ?20m to spend in the summer to strengthen the squad.
Also depends on the players accepting contracts and Everton finishing at least 7th in the Premiership... Celtic are also rumoured with buying Nugent..
Who told you that? It wasn't Bill Kenwright was it (just before he asked for your season ticket money).
