Isnt it clear that Spurs are closing the divide between they and Arsenal. Ok so Arsenals recent cup and league wins are more than what Spurs have achieved within the past 20 years but within the past few seasons Spurs have gradually begun to climb the table, improve on their cup runs, buy star quality players ie. dawson, chimbonda, lennon and berbatov while gradually arsenal are falling further away from what they were used to - the top two, theyve let star players leave and not really replaced them and now this season will be their 2nd season with no silverware. Ok, so Spurs have gone season after season with no cup success but last season we got closer to arsenal and this season we're even closer again - going by our more successful cup runs (bar the carling cup semi when they just out did us), gradual climb up the league, talent purchased, etc. I aint saying we're better than Arsenal yet but I think in a couple of years time there will be no gap and the young Spurs side will be right up there with Henry-less Arsenal. Dont get me wrong, they're a fantastic side, I dont doubt that - Gallas, Toure, Fabregas, Silva and Vpersie are world class but I just think Arsenals days of being better than Spurs are numbered. We will rise above them once more. This aint a wind up, just an opinion...
nah i think Arsenal will win at WHL. We are starting to play properly again now and we should overcome spurs. the immediate problem being Berbatov of course
