Next season we will have fantasy football, Maxim Challenges, and various other predictions going on, so why not add even another challenge? I was thinking of a preseason prediction game where we all pick how each division will finish and which teams will make the playoffs. And ultimately who we think we go to & win the Super Bowl. The game will have two rounds, regular season and post season. We will score the regular season as one round and then total points for points scored by the teams you have chosen to make the playoffs. The more accurrate you are, the more points you get per prediction. I haven't formulated all of the details, but I was thinking something like this.... 100 points per division winner correct 75 points for #2's per division 50 points for #3's per division 25 points for teams finishing last in each division You wouldn't need to pick their finishing records but we could add bonus points for correctly prediciting records. Also, you would get an extra 75 points for correctly identifying each wild card team. Then we could do a second round picking the playoff tree and see how accurrately we can pick the Super Bowl winner. Could be interesting.... Any thoughts?
Sounds pretty sweet SF. If we can get all of that on this site, it will be a huge success... Hows about we do a competition for the Lingerie Bowl this year. My money's on Angie Everhart's team. =D
hmmmmm.... what a concept eh? I'm rooting for Team Dream.... Of course I'd have to say that there are no losers there... my God!
I'm in for the preseason predictions. I do it every year anyway. And for what its worth, I don't know who I'm going to root for, but I have to guess Everhart's team is going to win. I caught her on an episode of Celebrity Mole and she is quite the la bruja. I imagine she will do anything she can to win.
I think we all kind of do it, but I'd like to do it in a structured way so that we could all reflect on the results. Should be fun and add just one more thing to bust on each other for.
