I find it hilarious that some of Evertons board are now trying to get the council to make Liverpool f.c. open up negotiations regarding a ground share again. Is ther no shame with this club. Lets not forget that they were kicked out of Anfield in 1892 for rent dodging.
Just because Kenwright is a laughing stock with all his promises of investment there is no need for the other board members to try and hijack our stadium. If we did ground share ,just how much would they contribute thus rent payments would fall behind again. Peoples club my arse

Actually Everton played at Anfield before Liverpool was actually founded. The owner of the ground put the rent up Everton couldn't afford it so moved across stanley park and started playing at Goodison. So then the chairman and owner of Anfield John Houlding formed the mighty Liverpool fc.The rest is as they say history

    Interesting bit of history [IMG]

Everton sharing a ground with Liverpool though? The thought of it is ridiculous, for both sets of fans.

Never will we share them. Like I say if it ever was to happen ,how would they afford it. 30k in a 80 k stadium hows that gonna work for them. They'll end up sharing with Tranmere when we kick them out again!

they seem to get on fine and European fans are the worst of 'em all

Its now official Everton will not be sharing our stadium. In a joint statement by Liverpool fc and Liverpool city council it won't happen. If was to be investigated thoroughly the delays would of put the whole thing at risk so unlucky Everton go and beg elsewhere.
