You say that as it's a common thing, but it needs to be stopped.

English football fans in disgrace again, or are they? - World Soccer - Yahoo! Sports

From the article (near the bottom):

"Later on Friday, the BBC Internet site reported Tottenham accused Spanish police of hitting a disabled fan during Thursday's match.

Spurs club secretary John Alexander said: "We know one disabled fan was hit with a baton with such force that it knocked him out of his wheelchair." UEFA said they would investigate."</div>

Well, its not that one. Cause the guy in the picture had a Roma Program and was wearing a man utd shirt. There are more than one disabled fan.

The thing is wwhen they play the 2nd leg the policing will be completely different because our bizzies will try to protect the Roma fans. Also the so called "Ultras" won't be at Old Toilet because theyre a bunch of lily livered tossers when it comes to travelling away and most of the Roma fans that come over here will be genuine fans not looking for trouble. The manchester police will protect them at the ground. The same happened when we played them there was virtually 1 bizzie to each fan.
But reports coming back from Italy even by United fans are blaming the United fans of instigating the trouble inside by throwing bottles of urine etc so again they aren't blameless.

I read somewhere that they are just cautious because of that policeman in Italy that died a couple months ago. They say they act when a fan shows any sign of anger to protect themselves. One word to go with that.

    BULLSHIT!!!!
