What do you think of Jose young team management? I know that Mikel and Kalou progressed, but they were first team from the beginning, but what about the others?

Wenger allowed Walcott to play some part of this season, SAF gave Rossi the valuable first time loan experience (and this young american/italian is blossoming in Palermo recently) but our Portuguese genius is keeping the likes of Sahar in deep reserves.

My question - why not allow them 15-20 minutes in theoretically easy games (against nottingham and wycombe etc.). Maybe they would be good shots and would play some part in our title run just now.

I know they are young but Rooney was young when he was dominating in Everton, Messi is not exactly experienced and many other young prospects are in their teams selection squad.

Chelsea is in my opinion to much dependent on 2/3 strikers, we should give ourselves more options to choose from - maybe then Sheva would get better form (usually top players get better when there is some competition).

Anyway, I am absolutely amazed with the chances we have and hope that 3/4 titles will be ours (at very least!).

If you dont play they your youngster soon there morale will fade and maybe will have a chance of there future at the club by not signing a contract and some other rival team or whatever picks them up and has the next star in the Premiership.
