Okay folks, people have started noting the header is dated so let's have a fun contest, unfortunately there won't be a prize, expect the pleasure of humiliating your competition and me Also being known as the greatest graphics designer at DYC! But in saying that, there's no confirmation that the header will get changed, if the new headers aren't up to scratch. Here's the current header in .psd format: 2yellow.psd - Feel free to slice n' dice it as you please. Before anyone asks, I do not know the font types so you'll have to improvise. Past Examples-------

After re-reading the original post and seeing Dan had provided a template, I chose to give this another, more informed crack.
Soilborn on 1st page - Background is boring, bad blending... the bar is bad sorry ... Y2Kyle - Pretty nice... Like the text and the lines.. just the blending and the main render effect that lets it down Soilborn - Work on blending Henry, Terry and Adriano... like the slogan and stop using old renders... Flight643- Good blending, Effects are decent, text lets it down also I think it needs more effects
