As a villa fan this may raise some eyebrows, but i belive that Blues are good enough for the premiership, however how many others are?? is the gap getting larger between premiership and Championship football. And if so, what can be done about it??
As the blues I assume you mean Birmingham? I do think Birmingham are good enough.. IF they invest in their squad. Bruce will need to scower the transfer market for cheap signings and loan deals if he wants Birmingham to stay in the top flight football, but I think they will do well.
What about other teams?? apart from blues i cant see anyone else being really good enough. I've seen derby a couple of times therye not the best and for all of their Roy Keane-ness i dont think sunderland are either
Derby will go straight back down again but Keano has a strong influence and I can see some United players and possibly Celtic swaying towards Sunderland maybe in loan deals. Keane is a tough git, look what he has done for Sunderland this season, he is a great manager and I can see Sunderland staying in the top flight for a good while.
Hmmm i'm not too sure yes they have the influence of Roy Keane, and a big stadium, but the board arent promising money. And which prem teams could you see going down next year???
Its hard to judge on next years premiership teams going down, every squad will have changes. Look at Pompey this seaosn compared to last, you can never predict anything.
hhmmm i guess i just think in the future the gap between premiership and championship will extend which we will see in next season
NO FORKIN WAY ARE THEY GOOD ENOUGH alright they peaked towards the end of the season and it payed off but they were sh** before that and bruce was going to be fired !
Well they are far better than Derby and Derby wont get promoted this season becasue they have blown it. Birmingham will cope, it will be a struggle but they should cope.

Birmingham are good enough to finish in the bottom 10... WBA would do ok in the Premiership.. If Derby got promotion I think they would stuggle same with Southampton and Sunderland.
Yup, I'm slightly bitter about the Blues coming back up to play in the big league but I'm now again looking forward to one of the most passionate derbies in football today (Villa - Blues) In a way, I hate Steve Bruce...But you have got to admit it, he is one good manager!! As for the Bluenoses, they all now have their heads right up his aris, It was just a couple of weeks ago that these so called fans chased the team coach down the motorway throwing rubbish at coach and burning their Blues shirts. Hmmm, us Villans fickle??
Although they were mainly playing our reserve team and drew 2-2 at St Andrews, they looked a premiership side then hammered us 5-1. Saying that though, they should have ended up with more points in the championship. Sunderland can scrape out all the victories with late goals and comebacks in the championship but don't be fooled into thinking they are good. It is Sunderland. They build thereself up just to look even stupider when they go back down. Can't scrape out victories in the premiership when you come up from the fizzy pop league. Hopefully west brom come up. Derby will be demolished if they get promoted.
erm, I think you have totally missed the point you Small heath muppet...I called you FICKLE! Do they not use what may to you seem big long words like that around Scum Andrews? Ahh well...Keep right on...That road's gotta' end someday! HOLTE ENDERS IN THE SKY!
cant be callin blues fickle every club has a couple of fans that r dickheads n that bout 99% at villa park most blues r loyal n lookin 4ward to beatin villa nxt season
erm..Yeah, rite :/ It doesn't matter if you beat us or we best you...Everyone still knows for a fact that Aston Villa are a bigger and better team. Your fans are fickle...Why else would you throw litter at your players team coach and burn your Blooooooose shirts one game but then think that the sun shines out of Stevie Bruce's aris when you get promoted? Confuzzling if you ask me!!
