Chelsea who've lost the premiership and missed out on a champions league final (again), will Abromavich spend a 100m to have the premiership back and finally make a champions league final? Are the Gunners gonna spend big and maybe even have new American owners? Liverpool with there new owners are they going to push the boat out and go for pre-made 'world-class' footballers?
