If liverpool retake the champions league this thursday, will their campaign be more successful than united's this year? after all, theyll be champions of europe 2 out of 3 seasons
I still think United have a more successful campaign. Premiership champs, FA Cup finalist, UCL semi-finalist, we were fighting for the 3 titles while Liverpool were clearly only concentrating in the UCL.
Every Club team in the world that has a big reputation, be it Man U, Liverpool, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Ajax, FC Porto, Celtic.. main priority should be their Domestic Title. We (United) have never ever settled to being a cup team, every year we fight for the title and if we dont win it we always set out to get it back. To answer Oranje, Our campaign is more successful.. yet Liverpools history is better. But look at United and Liverpool over the last 10-15 years and tell me whos been more successful.
Well, I personally think that winning the UEFA Champions League is a greater honor than the league title, especially in England. I love English football, but c'mon, the big four have always been the same for the past decade now...
Finishing 21 points above Liverpool winning the title, FA Cup finalists and CL semi finalists is better than just winning the CL. Premiership is the best trophy to win and nearly getting the other two is a great season, If liverpool win then thats a great year for them but we have had the most succes this season....but i doubt Liverpool will win anyway
umm tough question i'd have to say liverpool because obviously a liverpool fan, but liverpool have had more success in europe and utd have alwayz have had success in the league toughie question but im biased so LIVERPOOL All the way!
History definitely Liverpool. But recent times Manu have dominated not onli English football, but possibly world football aswell.

Only 1 European cup final appearance in 20 yrs of Fergies regime hardly world domination?
Liverpool need to start forgetting about always winning Europe of whatever, there fans deserve by now with all the money they've been spending to win the Premiership!
All what money? The league has changed so much since the introduction of the Prem. Money talks now. Liverpool have never been able to go out and splurge £30 mil on a player. We have to get it right when it comes to spending big and can't afford to spew money on wastes of space like Veron and Shevchenko. Who knows now weve so called got a bit of money things may change. Only today United have been out and spent big. Hargreaves (£18mil WTF) Nani and Anderson with more in the pipeline so how they could ever accuse Chelsea of buying the title is beyond me because they've been doing it for years. Liverpool with smaller resources than the other 3 still on average win a trophy a year which isn't bad when you look at the spending power of the others.
