Eto'o and Anfield?

Looks like Eto'o might be a red next year. no, not a communist, a liverpool player.

He's expressed his desire to play for them. it would be a good buy for rafa

It was said during the Barca game last night that Eto'o said he was staying.

 

Eto at LFC would be amazing but...... i'd prefer tevez or torres

 

i heard he was going to man united

 

Liverpool can do much better IMO.

I would love to Eto'o at liverpool. Him and Kuyt upfront would be awesome.

 

It'd be good to see him at Anfield but does anyone feel like he'd be a flop? I'm not sure if he'd be class like Drogba or a flop like Sheva. Right now I'm leaning more towards class.

 

You cant call Sheva a flop. Fernando Morientes was a flop. Give sheva time, he'll come good soon.

 

Morientes lol who does he play for now? Valencia? He was average in the Premiership, I remember using him on FIFA though, he was class in that .

 

Eto'o stated he will still stay at Liverpool for another season. But him and Kuyt upfront is pretty juicy to me. But Eto'os attitude and ego has a problem...

You mean Barcelona, right?

Eto'o had some injuries this season didn't he? So if he's staying at Barca he might do well next season and want to stay longer.

I'd love to see Eto'o come to the Premiership, its shame it would be at Liverpool maybe if he stays a barca one more season he could sign for Charlton when we come back up (I can hope.)

 

But I think he would be ideal to Arsenal. I mean, they need that person who could just put the ball in the back of the net and Henry is getting beyond his past so the chances coming to Eto'o and I'm sure he would score between 25-30 goals a season and it would be fantastic for Arsenal

 

I think Liverpool should stick with Kuyt and Crouch for a season!! Eto'o will cost Liverpool a pretty penny and they'll be expecting him to deliver straight away. Everyone knows the Premiership is a completely different game to other leauges and it may be hard for him to adapt. English football is more, err, slow and tactical?

 

Thing is, Eto'o is being linked to Arsenal and Man U stronger than he is for Liverpool. Eto'o will want League success, after this years Premiership do you really think Eto'o will want to go to Arsenal or Liverpool who failed to mount a challenge. But who knows in Football, Money is the currency of the realm as they say

i hope we get Et'o i think he is class just what Rafa's doctor orderd i think..............speed...goals....everything we need up front!!!
