Sulley Muntari and maybe more..

Well, Pompey have just finalized the deal with Udinese to sell us Sulley Muntari, which comes as great news to me, I've seen him play before and hes seems to be a good signing. I know our transfer deal thingy was like doubled because of Muntari thats just because we didn't have any rich owners.


I've heard rumors that Pompey are sniffing around Riga Mustapha, so have the likes of Middlesborough and West ham but they just say they are intrested in everyone to slow everyone else down, lol.

Now that we've [Pompey] have seriously strengthened our defence with the extended contract of Linvoy Primus, the free transfers of Herman Hreidarsson to fill in our weak left back and Sylvain Distin which means our defence is pretty much sorted.

Now we can start bringing in some attackers/Midfielders which the rest of our dosh. It's gonna be a very intresting season next year, Bring on Europe?

I heard they were upping the offers to closer to ?7.5m.

 

I dunno why everyone cares about Matt Taylor so much, Kranjcar is better I think, Taylor is still my favourite but Krancjar is just more intelligent and has a better touch/shot. Aaron, anything official on that? I've read in the local papers that the board is very confident that Taylor is staying, he wont give in to the money side of football, he plays to much first team football here, what more could he want?

No official announcements (are there for rumoured transfers?) but a guy on another board I post on allegedly knows someone who works at Villa and the Taylor/£7.5m rumours doing the rounds internally.

He used to work for Norwich and knew about the Rob Earnshaw transfer weeks before it was announced.

 

He still wont go, hes pompey through and through.
