DYC Sig Comp:Round 4 theme suggestions

Does anyone have a suggestion for theme for round 4?

I'll choose the winner and we'll use that for the next round

 

Up and coming players

ie Theo Walcott, Gareth Bale, Micah Richards, Daniel Agger

Make it players under 22 or players that can qualify for young player of the year.

 

Here's a suggestion, allocate each entrant a colour, at random, which could also be associated to a country, and have them design a sig with one predominant colour. See how people can adapt to a style like that.

But they can choose a league team within that country or the national squad itself?

so for example, blue would be france. and they could either do a french league team, eg lyon, or the french national team itself? as long as its blue?

 

what about commanding centrebacks.

Everyone focuses on strikers but what about CB's/

Players like Terry, Vidic, Toure, Carragher etc

 

Midfield Maestro's

Scholes, Lampard, Gerrard, Fabregas etc etc

 

Managers?

Players Known for their power. E.G Baptista, Adriano, Viduka etc

I second this idea, if I'm allowed to do that. I like the idea of giving a colour to each contestant and then choosing a national team or club from the colour and making a sig using one of their players. It'd be simple but still hard, definitely a good idea.

I wouldnt mind doing that. As long as i get red

 

The colour idea is good.. but you shouldt give people their team colours.. it would add a bit of difficulty and thats what we need..

 

Golden Oldies or, like my Ronaldinho one, think of a phrase and find a player to match, another example Pavel Nedved: Czech mate.
