<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> Former Celtic captain Neil Lennon has joined Nottingham Forest after signing a one-year deal at The City Ground, with the option of a further year.

Sunderland were believed to be interested in the vastly-experienced midfielder - along with a number of Championship clubs - but Lennon will be turning out in League One next season after signing up with Colin Calderwood's side. </div>

Nottingham must be over the moon, he's a class player and anyone like him lift a team so much. Good to see he's taken a League One side over the Premiership or Championship. Wouldn't be surprised if they get promoted next year. Good luck to him.
