Matt Busby closely followed by alex ferguson. maybe im being biased, can you think of any other top class managers.
lol im not sure about all time, but currently... guus hiddink maybe. his recent track record: '98 world cup: oranje semi final. our best result in recent times 02 WC: korea semi final. that was a gigantic feat 06 WC; australia round of 16. and alot argue australia we're hard done by to lose against the italians. (dive)
Guus is one of the better international managers of recent times but he's not one of the better domestic managers especially of all time. SAF is definitely one of the best managers of all time, 9 Premiership titles in 20 years and so many cups won is matched by hardly any around the world, if any at all.
Bob Paisley cannot be touched. In the space of 9 years he won the same amount of trophies as Sir Exlax including 3 european cups.
Ya Lippi, Carlo Anccolotti and it pains me to say this but I believe Fabio Coppelo is also a really good manager.
Murihno? Just to put it out there. Did wonderful things with Porto winning the Champions league and have been very good for Chelsea. A tactical genius and knows how to turn a game.

mourinho still has many years to come to show his true potential as a manager...so far he has been doing average!
