Arsenals doomed, they're all doomed. First David Dein's departure caused a stir in the club, then Henry, their talisman and the influential figure is now at a advanced stage of leaving to Barca, now Wenger is destined to leave also...and after he does leave, I could see Arsenals assets like Fabregas and v.Persie leave soon after. They don't have the investments and the back-up like Chelsea, Manu and Liverpool have. Everything is not going for the Gunners right now, although I am a United supporter I have always liked Arsenals flair and free-flowing football that has entertained and enlighted up the EPL for well-over a decade now. And now it is certainly all over. I cannot see the Gunners being in the top 4 next season I think Tottenham would take them over and I could see them fall into hell like Leeds United did, and the worst thing is, its a reality.

yay i like you. To say Arsenal are 'Doomed' is taking a bit far. Leeds got into Champions league once maybe twice and they were never that big. They'er like Everton, A couple of flukey seasons thats all. Arsenal are not doomed, Henry will leave, Wenger will not leave and he will buy a high quality striker e.g. Torres and Arsenal will be just fine[IMG]

Arsenal is definitely not doomed. They have a lot of quality players and yes, Fabregas or van Persie will leave but they'll still do well. They're not going to fall down the table too much.

okay maybe i'm over-reacting but I think Wenger will leave because he is rejecting new contracts from Arsenal and losing him, David Dein and Henry could unsettle plenty of young players and that is the reason why I am saying "doomed". Do you think any top class quality players would want to come to Arsenal now that Henry is leaving the club. Henry was the one who would attract the big players and now he is gone to Barca and Peter-Hill Wood is just an idiot. I think Arsenal could revive if they are taken over by a rich person

Arsenal wouldnt be in this mess if Wenger actually spent decent money on big name players to make Arsenal a big force in the Premiership. It's Arsenals own fault, they can only blame themselves for this mess. Henry cant be replaced.

Arsenal is in real trouble !! Now, in addtion to David Dean, the thing they were in need to is that Henry leaves the club !!

All Arsenal have to do now is play the waiting game. It is essential that they somehow survive in the top 4 of England to make sure they get that extra revenue from the champions league and keep money moving into the club for the next 3 or 4 seasons. Once the next 3 or 4 seaons go by, players like Adebayor, Fabregas, Flamini, Clichy, etc. will all be reaching their respective peaks. Thats when Arsenal will shine and cause other teams some serious problems. There youngsters have shown a lot of potential, did the double over Man United, Took the lead against Chelsea in both games.

No need to get worried. It would be a boost if they managed to keep Wenger, but even if they dont i think they will come out of this unscathed. Lets not forget, they have a very big stadium that must be bringing in a lot of revenue and a big fanbase.

there is no way on this earth that Arsenal are doomed,Thiery Henry is leaving good luck to him,we survived most of the season without him,Robin Van Persie got injured at a bad time too,new stadium, high expectation, settling in period, this was a transistion year for us...but i tell you write us off at your perol,we play our best football when we are shunned by the press and opposition fans..liverpool took us for granted and look what happened! kids become men very fast, dont rule out a champon league place either at the end of this forthcoming season

They're not doomed but they're in a bit of trouble. If VP or Fabregas leave then Arsenal are in even more trouble. As long as they can stay in the top 4 they should be fine (Tottenham will put a lot of pressure on them this season).

Yes but the question is, would those players like Fabregas, Adebayor, Clichy, Flamini, Walcott would stay at the club for 3 of 4 more seasons? I mean, David Dein has left, now the player they looked up to Henry is certainly leaving, and another certainty is that their mentor Arsene Wenger is also maybe leaving. Think abt it, all these guys leaving, do u think those young talented players would stay without them?

they're obviously not going to be doomed next season but what I am saying is that in the next few seasons u will see signs that the Arsenal legacy will fall.

    Lol

personally I am loving it, could have sold him for 50 million and now get less than West Ham ofered for Bent, and you know he will be awesome at Barca, prob put Arsenal out of the CL lol.
They are on the slide the tide in North London is changing. Not sure they will be quite like Leeds, but that would be heaven

    I can't stop laughing

i was pissed off when i heard about it but then i remembered that last year we played ost of our games without him because of injuries and we still managed to finish top 4.. we will do alright this season.. not as good, but with a good signing we can still be a dominant team
