Who do u think are the most frustrated english and international fans? within england , id say liverpool and leeds. liverpool because they have a good squad thats yet to achieve its full potential. leeds is quite obvious really internationally, either the dutch or english fans. dutch because we have zero WC wins still. that wont remain for long england is obvious too. underperforming since the '94 WC.
Definitely England at international level and I think Arsenal also frustrated because of Henry leaving, they're going to suck Definitely Liverpool though.

I think Scotland fans would be the happiest I must say... I mean 2 seasons ago Rangers got into the last 16 of the CL and Celtic did last season.... The National team is becoming decent and putting up a worthy fight for a place in Euro 2008... Spainish fans and Dutch fans must be the worse at National level they have the talent but never accomplish much. Club level I would say Leeds fans are pretty ticked off considering where they were 5/6 years ago.
