PSP still I tried to get photoshop cs3 but it said it would take 2 weeks to download and i thought: No.

 

lol haha they sell them for like 3 pound at computer fairs guess you could try there if you want photoshop

 

It's pretty plain, it'll be hard to find brushes for PSP and it's not the best program for sigs anyway. If you can get Photoshop it would be so much better.

 

Bakground is pretty plain and so is the cut and text.. keep at it though.. how fast is your internet connection?
