He was never that good, the only thing good about this signing for Rangers is that he has a bit of experience.
He has always been solid for NI when he has had the chance to play. I thought he done ok for Utd. He must of been doing something right is fergie kept him for 4 years.
Carroll had a good record for us, there was a time that when he played we didn't loose. He is a good back-up keeper and will fit in nicely with the Gers.
