Textures can make your background look great if used correctly.

 

I like the last one and I saved it but the first one would be better if they were separate and as brushes such as the diagonal lines one and the paragraphs another. Nice post, Beggsy.

yea also sometimes with stocks.. depending on what the stock is..

 

I dont make the textures I'll have you know... I just get them off the internet... It saves alot of time and is easier...

I don't, I've always used brushes and sometimes stocks but not textures like this.

 

I use stocks and put brushes over them.
