Mods feel free to move this if in the wrong one.

Well it looks like its took another turn which brings Sheffield Utd back in the fray.
With the Premier League not allowing Man Utd sign Tevez because on their contract West Ham own the player, Kia Jooribian has changed the story again. Kia has said that HE still owns the rights so its him who gets the money for him. Tevez as been registered as belonging to West Ham according to the PL. Now whats happened is that Kia as said is that Tevez was only on loan at West Ham and have the 1st option to buy and can have him if they wish at ?40m. Tevez as agreed terms to join Man Utd saying he never signed a proper contract at West Ham.
This is now where the fun starts. If the West Ham don't buy him for ?40m Kia is saying that he has in his possesion other paperwork that he will show Sheffield Utd that will prove West Ham were lying AGAIN after the fine they received so that Tevez could carry on playing.
So make of that what you will because i'm sure that this story will run and run.

IF tevez moves to Man U, sheffield will ask for £50-60M because of their relegation and Man U arent ruled out, they could get him still.

    but yeh. it is confusing

Sheffield are stupid, they're just trying to get money out of all of this when no one else is caring about it, they can accept that they've been relegated.

Beggsy: No, Sheffield might get compensation money but they won't get Tevez.
Max: The FA/ Premier League probably.
    IMO: Sheffield should stop whinging.

Sheffield United weren't good enough for the Premier League, simple as that.

Nobody gave a toss about Tevez when he was underperforming.. but as soon as he struck form and Sheffield started to loose matches, the crying began. Sheffield should just admit that they werent good enough and set their sights on getting back up before action gets taken against them.

Well, if you look at it this way, Sheffield really don't have anything to lose, so I would be challenging like crazy too.

He'll end up at United but West Ham will get every dollar they can get. If I was West Ham, I would not want a player that so strongly doesn't want to play for my team.

It's obvious that West Ham just want as much money as they can get for him and I don't blame them. He wants to move to Man Utd and they know he's a quality player so they'll want him even more, even though they've already spent so much money on players this summer.
