<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Fulham have confirmed the sale of Heidar Helguson to Bolton Wanderers. The Iceland international has signed a three-year contract with Bolton, who have paid an undisclosed fee to their Premier League rivals. Helguson was wanted by his former club Watford, but has opted to stay in the top flight with Sammy Lee's Trotters. Bolton revealed a deal had been agreed prior to the weekend and Fulham have now stated that the transfer has gone through. The striker moved to Craven Cottage from Watford two years ago in a ?1.3million switch and he scored 11 goals during his time with Fulham. But he netted just three times in 30 Premier League appearances last season and has become surplus to Lawrie Sanchez's requirements in West London. Sanchez has brought in Diomansy Kamara and David Healy to pep up his attack in an attempt to avoid another brush with relegation. Helguson, meanwhile, will have European football to look forward to after Bolton's seventh-placed finish last term secured a place in the Uefa Cup. </div> Seems a strange signing for Bolton there, i don't rate him anyway. Sammy Lee will be the first manager to go i think.

Bolton have signed playes like Samuel, McCann and now Helgason. But i think there below avrage so Bolton will struggle this season, Especially if they sell Anelka.
