I find it hilarious that Red Nose is asking Heinze to show some loyalty. Its obvious that he knows he's going to lose the case because of a letter without putting Liverpools name on but for him to start mentioning loyalty and "tapping up" is beyond funny. This is at the same time he is trying to get a striker without the permission of the owning club and also as been PROVED to tap people up(just ask Jaap Stam and Phillipe Mexes). This is a man that unsettled the likes of Dwight Yorke and Louis Saha.
By the way I don't really rate Heinze that much so couldn't give a shite if we got him or not before you start.

for one, when buying a player you usually don't need permission from the club. you only need permission from the agent who owns the player and the transfer is done through the players agent. and two fergie is more than happy to let him go to any club other then chelsea arsenal and liverpool for the reason that he doesn't want to sell his top players to rivals.

You need the clubs permission before you are allowed to speak to any player because he is under contract to that club otherwise there would be no such thing as "tapping up" would there? Heinze's agent was given written permission by United to look for another club as long as they offered ?6m. At no point was it said that he couldn't speak to any rivals therefore he can sign for Liverpool if he so wishes. He obviously wants to better himself so wants to play for us. Personally i don't want him as i think he is too slow and reckless and getting on a bit and would much prefer us to go for Leighton Baines. Agents don't "own" players, they work FOR them apart from the Tevez and Mascherano case's before they signed for West Ham of which is not allowed in this country hence the legal battle and fine for West Ham.

United have sold players to both Liverpool and Chelsea in the past.

    Veron and Ince for example.

Af is one big bad rednose hyproctie!

Ince came to Liverpool via Inter Milan.
Yes Veron went to Chelsea but they wasn't the same threat back then. Plus add to the fact he was a bag of shite.
I'm sure if Liverpool went in for Fletcher Fergie would drive him there himself.

But for Tevez case it is not "tapping up" because his agent owns his economic rights so SAF has the right to only talk to Tevez agent and his agent is the one who got him into West Ham in the 1st place

Nobody said it was . Its Red Nose who has accused Liverpool of it!

Well Heinzes agent doesn't own his economic rights like Tevez agent does so thats why SAF has accused his agent of "tapping up"

Heinze's agent was told by Sir Exlax that if he could find a club willing to pay £6m he could go so he was "advertised" as for sale. He didn't stipulate who he could or couldn't contact. Anyway we are so called after Leighton Baines now so that'll do for me as i don't rate Heinze tbh

That is why the F.A are trying to stop all third party agrements cause every time they get in a massive fight over ownership
