Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon has been in Madrid this week, in order to hold talks with Sevilla vice-president Jose Maria Cruz and their director of sport Ramon Rodriquez Monchi.

It has been reported in Spain that the two clubs have now concurred on a fee of around 32 million euros (?25million).

Looks like he will be leaving. If it happens, it is excellent news for Chelsea fans getting a quality and attacking right back.

    Thoughts?

Chelsea havent agreed a fee with sevilla.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Chelsea have confirmed they are keen on signing Sevilla ace Daniel Alves, but insist they have not agreed a deal for the Brazilian.

Widespread reports on Wednesday claimed Chelsea were on the brink of signing of Alves after finally agreeing a fee with Sevilla.

Alves is looking to leave Sevilla and he has expressed his desire to secure a move to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have moved to clarify the situation revealing their interest in Alves, but playing down talk that a deal has been done.

A Chelsea statement read: "Chelsea have confirmed their interest in the player to the club but as yet there is no agreement." </div>

anyway, hes not that great at defending. we might aswell keep glen johnson.

In spain you get more opportunities to go forward as a right back whereas in england you'll have to do much more defending.

Anyway chelsea only valued him at ?13
