I don't see why he shouldn't, he has played in the EPL a season already and was fairly impressive on his United debut. But he hasn't had any pre season match practice and has expressed his concern on his fitness. Do you think Tevez will go off and end up with a bag of goals or just be mediocor or even a flop?

No, I think he will do good, he looks like he will be a better playmaker for them.

No match practice? He played in the Copa America for Argentina, that's why this saga lasted so long. He'll fit in well and he will succeed, it's just a matter of if United can win more trophies or not.

He missed a few quite easy, not really easy, chances against City but he should come good.

He'll come good. He just needs time to settle in.

But if Man U are goin to buy another striker (check bbc's rumour page and it says Nico Anelka) he'll find it a bit more difficult.

I also read their looking at Martins aswel as Anelka, they need to give Tevez sumtime to settle aswel as geting Rooney and Ronaldo back and the goals will start flyin in.

his first match saw him tire in the last 10 minutes but his fitness will improve. very unlucky not to slot one home against city. set up scholes with a nice pass for so far our only goal of the season so it looks like he is fitting in well. i predict that he is going to go crazy when we start winning again!
