I saw that on espn.com this morning & it was news to me. IMO it wouldn't be too bad. The article mentioned Ogunleye & Madison for Randy. There was possibly a draft pick involved. It would fill needs for both teams. Would Miami want to pay Moss all that $? I doubt it.

No way the Dolphins would part with those 3 players for Moss....whats the point of getting a WR if you trade your best WR in the process?? Thats way too much to give for the leagues premier loaf....I would hate this trade no matter who they gave up....they could sign 100 of players to take plays off for the cost of 1 Moss...Moss also issued a statement that he wants to be a NY Jet and play with Pennington....
Yeah send Moss to the Big Apple. While we are at it, demote the jets to the MAC which is probably the only conference they'll have a shot @ winning next year.
i dont think mike tice would want this trade for 2 reasons. 1) moss is the only deep threat he has and even though he does not play hard, his threat opens up offense. 2) the cap ramifications would keep team from adding parts they needed to win this year, and tice needs to win to keep his job
This seems like it was more of a reporter getting a juicey bit of news that may or may not have been true, than a reporter getting news of an actual serious talk. My feeling is that while I was nervous yesterday, I'm starting to believe that Moss is going no where. The whole thing is just getting annoying.
I think maybe the Vikes are trying to light a fire under Randy Moss' behind. See if the threat of a trade will get him up to 100% effort on every play. I could be wrong.
Im afraid to say that where theres smoke, there may be fire....Dolphins fans have been through this 3 years ago when the Ricky Williams trade rumors were flying and both teams denied them....the Saints went as far as to call the Miami Herald and tell them not to run the stories because Ricky williams was not going anywhere....see how that turned out....Im not saying its going to happen, but the more you hear about it, the more likely there is something too the rumors...
