He got what he wanted, was sent to a team that he even admits is ok, but not on his A List. Now TO is filing a grievance to get moved to Philly.

If I'm a Philly fan I would be praying that he doesn't come there. What's going to happen if he gets upset?

TO is never happy... Never has been. Never will be. Looks like the player's union is going to appeal on his behalf. Good luck with that... Personally, I'm happy he went to the AFC. The Eagles are tough enough with no receiving talent. I'd hate seeing McNabb have someone to throw to.

The players association is appealing, but on what basis?? No one broke any rules, everything was done by the book. Its time that overpiad cry baby atheletes be required to pay for thier own actions, he and his agent messed up and the result is that he is NOT a free agent....

His case is that notifying something this important by fax is not a good enough median. Also, TO never got the notification, it was only sent to his agent, and he claims that the agent never recieved it either. Sounds like a good case to me.

Good info Eagles...once again the media may have simply painted the image of a whining multi-millionaire athlete when the real case is that there is a legit complaint.

Here's another quick tidbit. A lot of people wonder how come he did not file way ahead of time. The reason is because he did not want to 49ers to place a Franchise Tag on him, that is why he waited until after the franchise tag deadline (which was on the 24th I believe) to file his free-agency papers. And according to his original contract, that was perfectly fine.

well i agree w/ pack attack, hes never happy, and never will be, i also think you should agree that he went to the AFC, i at one point said that the reason the niners sent him to the AFc was because they were afraid to play him in the plyoffs. i am also praying he is sent to the eagles because w/o a passing game, we pretty much have nothing besides jevon kearse on defense and mcnabb w/ his feet
