Bengals get a 3rd round pick!!! who did they lose that was worth a third in compesatory picks.

Eagles got two fourths that should help them fills some depth holes

The Bengals lost Takeo Spikes last year to the Bills. The Packers got one seventh round pick. Wheee... Maybe we can trade down and pick up "Mr. Irrelevant" with it. [IMG]

I wonder if we will get pick(s) next year for losing woody and washington. Ya your boy colvin better tape that hip up and start sacking some QB's next year. haha I'm kidding. I just hope he eventually is back to normal. The article I read yesterday says he is doing fine and should make a full recovery but hips are tricky.

i think you only get compensatory picks for players you lose that you drafted

I think you get compensatory pick based on how many players you lose, versus players you gained. Eagles lost like 6-7 free-agents last year, and only signed 1. The bears lost Rosie, but they did ger Kordell. And they both had phenomenal years :-)

I want the formula they use for deciding these picks becuase there are problems up and down the list....some teams got way more than they should have and some teams didnt get anything and should have

i think u get a pick based on the players production the following year, Colvin was out since week 2(right?) so he made barely to no impact therefore bears get no compensation

BF1, i dont think u get them for players u drafted cuz we got them for Hugh, Barber, B-Mitch, and some1 else i forget

Man BF1, you cannot figure out the formula for compensory picks. It is pure bias I tell you. The league is desirous for some teams to always be on top. For you to think you can...Oops! Sorry. Just having a momentary bout of Deja' Vu. lol.
