Im willing to give him another season. Played great defense and shot the ball well towards the end of the season. Also was one of the few who ran with Kidd and Marcus. If he doesnt show us more then i dont mind getting rid of him.
Take a look at that mix...how many of those plays came in close games. He was getting open and took passes cleanly. His development and anticipated improvement sunk Adams chances of playing for the Nets this season. Wright and Adams are the same age with some of the same attributes...good defense, in particular. Wright is better at most aspects of the game and is a legitimate 6-7. </p> He is in a contract year, as is Krstic, Magloire, Nachbar, Ilic, and if he makes it Hite.</p> </p>
damn...i love those backdoor cuts. most of those highlights were of wright taking the backdoor cut and getting a clean pass, i like that. makes him seem like a smart player.
Honestly thats some tough and1's... Hope for his sake he's a late bloomer. Otherwise its off to italy for mr wright!
in his college mix he exhibited the ability to draw fouls. I like Antoine; I think he's going to ba a big part of the team this season.

Just a matter of getting adjusted to being a role player. He was a star all his life, to take a backseat to 3 or maybe even 4 (Marcus) players has to be a big adjustment for him. Has to learn to move off ball instead of having the ball in his hands, learn to catch and shoot, and to anticipate passes. Can't expect him to adjust instantly.
