I live about 30 minutes outside of boston. Ya when it comes to football are fans can be crazy but not to bad it's baseballl where you got to protect your self especially if your a yankee fan. I have seen a few yankee fans running for there lives. You better not flash your colors in the bleachers cus they will tear them right off of you. Ya I went to philly this year for the week two game against the pats and they definitely are crazy.

Our paper actually came out with a guide on how to blend in with the Eagles' fans for those of us who went to the NFC Championship game. But I'm not the biggeset guy around, I really didn't want to get in to all that. Question, if you could take one player in the draft for the Pats, who would it be. Because of our FS delima, I would say Sean Taylor, Miami.

I would love to trade up and get sean taylor as well just cus of the Ty Law situation and though Eugene Wilson played great for a rookie at a new postion it really showed at times how much of a rookie he was. Getting Taylor would allow us to move him back to corner where he belongs and is probably much more comfortable. Then we could go running back in the 2nd/3rd. If we can't then I'd rather see them move up for Steven Jackson or Best Receiver available (reggie williams, mike williams). Do you guys have any extra picks or just one a round? What do you think your teams top need is?

Nope, one a round. We will probably trade down though to get exra picks like in the 2nd or third round. # 1 need is FS. I'd like to see us trade up for Taylor, but Fox only trades down. Sean Jones from Georgia would be an acceptable replacement and would likely be available in the 2nd round. 1st round we will go CB though, in my opinion. Probably a guy like Derrick Strait or Will Poole. Somewhere in the third or 4th we'll pick u p a guard and maybe a WR, all depends on wether we cut Muhammed or restructure his contract, which I think he is willing to do. Have you heard anything about us trying to trade for Law? I heard something about our 1st 2nd and Davis for him, but that just sounds crazy.

hey if they really wanted to do that I'd be down in a heartbeat. you can have law for all that but I'd say your rigth by saying that sounds crazy. I just can't wait for the draft. It's nice finally having a coaching staff that I can trust will draft well.

Yeah that favors you tremendously, but we couldn't do it unless Law was willing to sign a very cap-friendly contract. But as much as I like Foster, Fox runs so much we need a guy who could back him up, and we just don't have it. Plus we lose our 1st and 2nd rounders? Doesn't sound like Fox. Oh by the way, we might have solidified the G position, we signed Travis Claridge from Atlanta yesterday, a career starter, so I'm hopeful. [IMG]

ya one thing about the line is it isn't necessarily the quality of the players but how well they play together. Last season we had a rookie center from week 2 on and Hochstein started about 8 games plus the AFC champ and SB and Tom Ashworth started at least 10 games at RT and all the playoff games. The second two were bench warmers before only two become solid performers on the stage and not give up a single sack in the playoffs to pass rushers like Freeny, Rucker, Peppers, kerse, and Carter. It can be done it's just how well the players work together and if your coaches can play to their strengths. Though with Brady its a little easier cus I swear he has eyes in the back of his head and his release is so fast it could be boardline Dan marino like.

Yeah most of our early round draft picks were busts with sea-fart. Although he did give us Morgan and Jenkins. But Fox and Hurney (GM) are much better at evaluating talent than Sea-fart or Capers were. I wish the draft was this weekend, I'm tired of waiting!!!!!! I'm probably the only guy who watches both days of the draft from start to finish.
