Everyone is calling Thanksgiving and Christmas games prime time games, and thats not true...unless a game starts at or after 7pm, its not a prime time game, although any part of it played after 7 is being played in prime time....the term prime time, is a TV term only, and it has to do soley with the time of day....those games are Nationally televised, but only Sunday night, Thursday night and Monday night games are prime time games....

I can think of two perfect primetime games for us Philly and St Louie. But we host farve on the first monday night, and Vicklanta on saturday, but that is it.

OK The Christmas day KC game is listed at 5pm. So I get one hour of prime time credit for that one, lol. I did go back on another thread somewhere here and changed my tune to nationally televised.

They're all huge. The Steelers play the whole AFC East. I wonder if I can get out my broom for the sweep....

    Hey I can hope, can't I?

We're coming off of a bye the week we play you. Which really doesn't bode well. The only good part is that we will be rested and it's in Pittsburgh. Kordell was horrible against New England, I hope Maddox can fare better.

Well... everyone except the Ravens. Don't ask why but he always played well against Baltimore. I'm so glad he's gone.

Maddox seems to try to force it to much. he may have some problems but I'm glad we are playing you guys because I love watching Hines Ward play. Definitely one of my favorite players in the NFL. Also like I've told you before I'm somewhat of a closet steeler fan unless they are playing us.

Maddox takes a few too many chances, I must admit. But when the o-line is healthy and he has time to throw, he's usually on target. Burress better get his act together or he won't be getting a new contract or a big one from anyone. He needs to be more consistant and this is his last year under contract.

He's on a contract year, so I'm hoping that makes the difference in his play. I'm happy with Ward, Maddox, and Burress, but change in inevitable, I just hope the Steelers grab a burner like Michael Jenkins in the draft so they can let Burress go if need be.
