    Sept. 12 at Pittsburgh 1:00 p.m.

Both teams had a crappy season last year, and this one was scheduled just for that reason.

    Sept. 19 Buffalo 4:15 p.m.

Tough home opener. The Raiders defense will be the key to this game.

    Sept. 26 Tampa Bay 8:30 p.m.

CHUCKY RETURNS to the Coliseum: Sunday night game....this time, it's payback. Jerry Porter and Warren Sapp both get a TD reception.

    Oct. 3 at Houston 1:00 p.m.

    AFC South opponent.

    Oct. 10 at Indianapolis 1:00 p.m.

Yikes. Consecutive road game and against Colts. Defense, are you guys ready?

    Oct. 17 Denver 4:15 p.m.

    Classic division matchup.

    Oct. 24 New Orleans 4:15 p.m.

    NFC South opponent

    Oct. 31 at San Diego 4:15 p.m.

Halloween, 40,000 Raider fans at Quallcomm Stadium (The proverbial 9th Raiders' home game) Did I mention that it's Halloween?

    Nov. 7 at Carolina 1:00 p.m.

Yikes. Consecutive road game....other side of the continent....Panthers.

    Nov. 14 Open Date

This looks like a great week for a bye.

    Nov. 21 San Diego 4:05 p.m.

    Die Chargers

    Nov. 28 at Denver 8:30 p.m.

    Please don't snow.

    Dec. 5 Kansas City 4:05 p.m.

I need a birthday gift, I'll settle for a Raider victory.

    Dec. 12 at Atlanta 1:00 p.m.

    NFC South opponent.

    Dec. 19 Tennessee 4:15 p.m.

AFC South opponent (home team typically wins this series/matchup)

    Dec. 25 at Kansas City 5:00 p.m.

I have one of those silver and black Santa Claus hats that they sell at the Coliseum. I'll be wearing it while watching the game on TV this year.

    Jan. 2 Jacksonville 4:15 p.m.

    AFC South opponent
