    Bonds began the home run parade in the first inning, hitting his762nd career home run off Rockies rookie starter UbaldoJimenez, giving the Giants a 2-0 lead. The two-run blast washis 28th of the season as Jimenez became the 449th pitcher tosurrender a homer to the all-time leader. The home run wasBonds' first since August 24 against the Milwaukee Brewers.
