I seriously think its a huge mistake picking McCown over Detroit. truth is the Raiders are going to win, but despite McCown not because of McCown.

Agree there. I have not been impressed at all by McCown in the preseason, he just looked mediocre overall. Daunte showed better mobility than McCown IMO, hes probably not as fast or agile but he showed the ability to read the field, make a cut and get to where he needed to be. Also Daunte is CLEARLY the better passer, hes more experienced, can make all the throws. Hes the obvious choice IMO.

I also agree with Bob though, the QB isn't going to be a huge factor in this game. The O-Line is really the key to this team's success, it looked solid in the pre-season but teams were holding back their blitzes so we really don't know how its going to do. If the O-Line plays solid, and they get LaMont, Fargas, and Echemandu good lanes and hte QB time to throw then we'll be in good shape. Our defense is clearly superior to theirs, so if we can force some turnovers and take advantage that may be the deciding factor of the game. I like how our secondary matches up against their WR core and the pass rush should disrupt Kitna pretty well.

Also I'm gonna predict that Calvin Johnson will get completely layed out by Morrison or Howard. Welcome to the League rook!
