Yeah I have a softball tourny on Sat so I might miss some of the draft too, but I will be watching at a bar right near the field between games.

Did you get to watch much of the draft Pats? I only got to watch parts of it. I missed the Roethlisberger announcement by like 5 minutes. I was rather irritated.

I only got to see a little my self. I heard the pats pick at 21 on the radio but didn't get to see much more cus we had another game. I watched a good amount of day 2 cus my team lost early on sunday. Not as intresting though. You must be pumped that he fell to you guys. He should be a good one. Tommy has get his shit together if he wants to make it through the season. I can't believe he is making that big of a stink. I can understand being mad that Batch gets more money than him but to complain about rothlisberger is just stupid. If he wants to get another job in this league he has to suck it up and shine this season then he'll get him money from someone.

I think he knows that. He had a press conference basically saying that his agent is an emotional guy and blew it out of proportion. Tommy will be fine, he's a born leader. I will be sad to see him go, I just hope Roethlisberger turns out to be worth #11. He's got the skills, now can he learn from Maddox this season and get some experience?

I like Roth as well. I'm sure he'll be fine. Just hope he puts his work in because he has the tools it is now all about preparation. If anything Brady should serve as an example for all QB's that it's not all about being able to throw the deep out it's about being prepared for what you see from other team and not letting you fool your self.

I'm hoping the steelers do good next year cus Hines Ward (one of my favorite non-pats) deserves to be on a winner. He just works to hard.

Burress & Staley are the wildcards on offense and the CB situation is the wildcard on defense. The O-line will be fine. The injury situation is under control and they should be back to a top 10 unit. Look for the LB's to be great again and possibly even some improvement on the DL. As for the Safeties, Logan will help Polamalu learn the ropes quickly. The kid's got skills, he just needs experience.

Ya your Pass defense definitely needs to find its identity fast because the longer it takes the harder it is to turn things around. Ever since we ran 5 wide on you guys in the first game of 2002 your pass defense has had a mark on its back it seems. You need one guy to step up and show he can shut someone down and everything will come together from there.

Getting rid of Washington helped, and I have a feeling that Scott is gone next year. Sometimes you just have to wash your hands of a situation.
