QUOTE

Luis Vizcaino, whose 70 appearances lead the Yankees and rank second in the American League, will be shut down through the weekend with soreness in the front of his shoulder. Vizcaino admitted to some discomfort after allowing two runs Tuesday, and yesterday went for an MRI. "Essentially, there's nothing other than let's give him a rest and get him going again," general manager Brian Cashman said. -- Star-Ledger

Good. We need him to rest. He's our second best reliever (Maybe behind Joba)

Proctor the manwhitch would be good if it wasn't for Torre.

    As for Myers, he blew.

Petey, ERA isn't important for relievers, especially for lefty specialists.

His BAA against lefties was above 300. That's horrid.
