Who is the best player? Right now in the regular season I think it's Kobe,T Mac,Garnett,Duncan or Kidd. Kobe gets my vote for the first place becuase his stats are amazing and he is also amazing. T Mac is second,KG has also great all around stats,Ducan is good as always and so is Kidd. Who do you think it's the best player?
I have alwayz been a T-Mac lover, Kobe hater. But this year, it's gotta be Kobe. T-Mac is scorin a ton, but gettin killed on the boards/assists. Now, it is true that T-Mac has no one 2 pass to, but still, Kobe is the best. <font size="24"> <font color="yellow">KOBE BRYANT!!!</font></font>
stats don't matter except on NBA Live 2001 kobe sucks w/o shaq T-Mac is the best all-around and better defender and not forget he blocks better than Jordan, he swattec Tinsley's layup into the 6th stand and it was almost under the basket! Kobe got the edge on steals but T-Mac is a better passer though he does average more TOs. Kobe averages more assists cuz he got Shaq to give the ball to. T-Mac don't even have Hill. T-Mac of course rules the nba
Come on man,kobe had the same stats without Shaq but the thing is that Kobe has all the scrubs on his team. Kobe is better all around player. Please look at my head to head comparation thread in other basketball forum
<font color="darkred">Actually, Kobe did have around the same stats without Shaq but with a lower %. He was shooting around 40% from the field the first couple of games without Shaq, and now he is shooting around 45% or something like that. </font>
Kobe has the best stats int eh NBA right now. My only thing is that he might have great numbers buit his team isnt doing to hot. Thats the only thing (if he stays on his game like he is now) that could keep him from getting MVP this year

Geez guys,Kobe is the best. Soon he will enev score more then T Mac and his team has .500 record. I know he has Shaq but right now Kobe is 1st option in that team. Kobe has Shaq and all the other scrubrs,it is easy to play with Shaq but is it easy all the time to play with Fisher? If you guys ever watch their game you can see that Kobe is playing PG,SG and SF!!!! He is doing so much on the court!!!! Lakers are above .500 and Magic are not!!! Only 2 persons who are playing that good are Kidd and Garnett!!! Please guys face it!!!!! Right know Kobe isthe best!!!

In every game Kobe was better,he took lees shots,T Mac tried to padle his stats!!!! Stats are obviously on Kobe's side and alomost everything is on Kobe's side but you guys just hate him so much!!! One of my friedns siad that he knowes that Kobe is the best but he will never say that in the public becuase he just hates him so much!!!

All his team mates said that it's the easiest to play with Kidd. If I want to bulid my team around someone I would much rather bulid it around Kidd. I just don't like Tracy McLady!!
In my mind, the league's best player is the guy who you would take if you wanted to win a championship this year, which leaves one canidate Shaq. If you changed that to the next 5 years or ten years however.....I'd take Kobe over T-mac just because he has rings, and experience seems to mean as much as talent when it counts (just ask Utah).
noone is "the best", some of the best are: kevin, kobe, what about kirilenko, what he did for utah was enormous, theres practically noone there in utah besies him (and arroyo) and theyre standing much bettr than tmacs magic
