But with Shaq sitting out this game the Lakers will probably fall to the rockets just like there last meeting. Without Shaq this game wont be as exciting.
Shaq & Kobe might miss this game. But I have a feeling they will both play. It would be a huge moral boost if the Lakers could tie the Rockets up for the 8th seed.

What the game!!!!! :shock: :shock: Kobe was on fire!!! 52 points,his streak continues!!!! He's the best player in the league and he deserves to be MVP. I know you guys don't like him but right now he is the best. Usually he is better than T Mac but right now that comparation sounds funny
Shapecity i was there...and i saw it live...and i am proud to say that I was the first person at Staples Center to stand up because I knew what was going to happen before Kobe even took flight... as soon as he got that step around Mobley to the baseline and Yao pivoted his feet to rotate I knew that Kobe was going to take flight and posterize Yao so I stood up...and my friend Jessica and everyone around me looked at me like I was on crack until a second later Kobe took off and hammered it home over Yao...then the rest of the 19,000 odd fans at Staples Center joined me on their feet =P he was just amazing tonite...but i really liked watching madsen play tonight...so much heart...the guy is awesome... too bad francis had a piss poor game...imma big fan of his... Yao did have a nice game however, and Samaki held his ground surprisingly well...I think that Yao got a couple of BS calls called in his favor but wutever thats how the game goes...
I was thinkin before the game last night that Kobe had to have 50 or more points to get the Lakers a win. And thats exactly what Kobe did. Kobe over Yao was sweet.
yes i saw the Lakers bench...they went crazy haha but i was CRAZIER i tell you =P i told all my friends before the game 'man kobe is gonna dunk on yao's head tonight' and they were like 'yah right...wutever...not on that bum knee'...haha but he did... it kinda sucked tho because he started limpin noticeably worse after that...i think he landed hard on his right knee when he came down...=T he still had a great game though...for me personally, i can't imagine goin to a better game...my friend is crazy about Yao...and he had a real nice solid game...i think Yao is going to be one amazing player...Shaq was better as a rookie then Yao is now (i saw shaq vs the lakers his rookie year too) but Yao will still be a very special center in the league...he's got great fundamentals and what i think is a good attitude and work ethic...so hopefully he'll get nothing but stronger / better / faster as his years go on... and then i think we all know i am a kobe fan (sometimes to a ridiculous extent i know)...and i got to see my favorite player score 52 grab 8 boards dish out 7 assists and block 3 shots...what can i say? i was havin so much fun haha

The best Laker game I went to was when they played Portland in the playoffs and had a comeback win. The game where Shaq had the monster alley-oop from Kobe. For all the Lakers games I've been too, I have never seen the fans go that crazy!
one of my friends skipped his high school graduation ceremony to be at that portland game AHAHHA so worth it...who cares about high school grad? ;p only ppl who care about high school grad are ppl who arent gonna go on to college anyways -.-v
