This is all about opinions, i think t-mac is a great player and definitely one of the best in the league. He is up there with kobe, kg and td. I agree totally with Magic1892. Everybody has their own opinion and everything, so you don't need to make a post of how much you hate a certain player. That's just dumb and a total waste of time.
Mcgrady leads Kobe in one stat..scoring and the difference is only .6.Mcgrady is really good but is not better than kobe.Mcgrady is not making his team-mates better..kobe seems to be.Kobe also has 6 triple double to mcgrady 0..so that proves he is a better allround player. Also Well when shaq was out injuried kobe averaged 7 asissts per game...mcgrady who doesn't have great role players but they are still decent and better than what the lakers have. Before the trade he had miller,garrity,armstrong,kemp for examples who he can pass to and they can shoot and score. While kobe options was like Derek Fisher and Samaki Walker thats the difference.Amazed how he got so many assists playing with those poor role players who weren't hitting. Mcgrady has really good size and is bigger than kobe.T-mac should get more rebounds than he does and more assists as well.Maybe he will pick that up soon the way he should.Maybe with Gooden and Giricek added he will..
gooden will hurt mcgrady's rebound numbers ;p but help mcgrady overall i believe... and i dont think gooden will help mcgrady rack up any more assists...he plays too much off of his own moves so that kinda sux for T-Mac... but stats aside...T-Mac will be so much better off after this trade in my opinion...like i said...he's my second favorite player in the league so im happy for him...he's an amazing basketball player...he's just no kobe bryant...

you cant just assume that kobe will outscore Tmac. Kobes on a little streak right now but T mac has averaged 30.6 a game all year. he might even get hotter down the stretch for all you know. unfiar assumtion and also consider that when a team plays the magic, T mac is the only guy they have to worry about. he gets double teamed more than anyone ecxept maybe paul pierce. kobe rarely gets double teamed cuz of shaq so o his stats are somewhat inflateed. gratned he just had a couple of 40 point games wihtouth the big man but like i said hes on a streak

basically this kobe only having a couple 40 point games this year..it is easiler for him to score because of shaq..and kobe being on only a little hot streak.lol Kobe without shaq puts up 32 8 and 7..something like that so it proves he can put up the stats without the big fella..
no. his scoring average has gone up since the beginning of the year when shaq was out. and standing up to a double team for a few sactattered games or a week is different from facing it alllll year. kobe would where down quickly. youve seen how he struggles in times where the d mobs him and deosnt let him do anything. im not saying anything crrraazzzyyyy.
