    Kobe works hard as fuck in the off-season. Just come to LA and watch him play in the Loyola gym.Kobe is a gym rat.

    He gained 15lbs of muscle, does martial arts, can squat 6 plates and bench 300lbs now.

    The Lakers have a rigorous training schedule. They do a lot of ballistic training to build their strength and conditioning. Jim Cotta is one of the best strength and conditioning coaches out there.

    *As for T-Mac, great game. Anytime a player can drop 50 in a game he's definately got skillz and is in the zone.
