Kareem is my favorite player. He has the sweatest jump shoot ever He will be good role player like Brent Barry,he shows promise but it's really hard to be SG in the Lakers. He learned triangle faster than Kobe and he will still improve. He had good collage carrer and he will still improve in the NBA. My favorite rookies are Kareem Rush and Gordan Giricek. Gordan will star one day and Kareem will be great role player.
i really like kareem rush... i like his game...he's so smooth...i don't think he'll ever be a superstar (we'll see) but yah like LaBBallFan said...he's gonna be at least a great role-player... i think wut i like most about him was his attitude...its hard being a rookie on the Lakers...PJ doesnt like em...they never get any respect...when a lot of players are faced with a situation like this they go out and try to show off etc. so that they can 'gain respect' by putting up good numbers...when Kareem gets out there...he runs the offense, knows his role, works hard does his thing and comes out without complaints...i think he's really earned the respect of PJ as a rookie because of his attitude and how he's approached his career in the NBA...he's working to earn his way into the game and PJ has rewarded him with more and more minutes...so no he's not 'sorry'...
I'd rather be looking at the first three spots in the West. Dallas, San Antonio and Sacramento are playing like contenders right now, and Dallas' lead over Sac is to 3 and a half games after last night's thrilling overtime game, while San Antonio is 4 full games behind. The Kings look to at least tie the season series against San Antonio tomorrow at the SBC Center. That would give them a game and a half lead over the Spurs in the Western Conference, and make them three games back of the Mavs. Next few weeks should be interesting.
