I'm not American, but I still got embarresed when the Yugos beat the US in the World Championchips. I think it's good that the US looks to add better players this time, and here are the players I think should be chosen in order for the US to be dominant. Starting 5 Allen Iverson (used to play pointguard and he is pretty damn good) Kobe Bryant (knows how to win and is maybe the best player in the L) Tracy McGrady (all around, unselfish, can score at will, great player) Karl Malone (knows how to play the game, wants to win, won't back down) Shaquille O'neal (most dominant center there is in todays game) Bench Jason Kidd (argubly the best point guard in the L. Not a great shooter) Paul Pierce (only player who seemed to be pisssed off about US losing) Kevin Garnett (versatile, hates to loose. Great player) Chris Webber (one of the L's best power forwards) Tim Duncan (2nd best center in the league) Gary Payton (Leads the league in assists) Scottie Pippen (leadership and defense) This team would crush any opponent. You can't win with guys with potential. You should chose players that give you what you excpect. All these players are great. You can put anybody on the floor and he will perform. If you have guys like Andre Miller and Raed Lafrentz you're not sure what you are going to get. This is a dream team. However I'm not sure of whom I think should coach the team. Not George Karl. What do y'all think? Peace.
That's a great team. I would add Jordan on there too. I think coaching had a lot to do with last year's failure. Both coaches are very hard to get along with and with a contest like this you need the players to feel lose and enjoy what they are doing. I think the coaching staff turned the players off because they tried to over discipline the team and it backfired. Larry Brown will get the job done.
garnett is still "considering the idea" what a dumbass, he should jump for the chance to play for US. karl malone ripped on him for that lol
I cant complain about yours unless i make my own "dream team" so here goes nothing Starting 5 PG- Stevie "Franchise" Francis SG- Kobe Bryant SF- Tracy McGrady PF- Tim Duncan C- Shaq Bench Iverson Kidd Pierce Webber Garnett Lafrentz (somebody young) Coach Rudy T

I love what you said about Pierce so true. Down the stretch of the games USA was losing in he was the only one willing to take the shot. All the other players backed down, making it look like he was a ballhog.
PG - Jason Kidd SG - Ray Allen SF - Tracy McGrady PF - Jermaine Oneal C - Shaquille Oneal (glad i caught that too) Bench Jamal Tinsley Andre Miller Allen Iverson Micheal Finley Chris Webber Kevin Garnett Tim Duncan Coach Phil Jackson.. I loved him with the Bulls (there its all fixed..... after 10 tries lol)
Starters PG Kidd SG Kobe SF KG PF Tim Duncan C Shaq Bench Webber Jermaine GP T Mac Francis Ben Wallace Paul Pierce that would be my lineup
any 'dream' team without Kobe starting at SG is a joke and the creator of this team should be laughed at...
Heres my Dream Team: Starters: Kidd T-Mac Garnett Duncan Shaq Bench: Payton Kobe Nowitzki Webber Ming ( I know, but I couldn't think of any other Centers)
